Our team can begin with product design and engineering, partnering with your team at the earliest stage to assess feasibility, select the optimal resin (e.g., polyethylene, nylon, polypropylene, PVDF) and design the mold for cost-effective manufacturability.
We then move into mold build, process optimization, full rotational molding, secondary operations (such as foam fill, insert molding, weld or trim), and final assembly and distribution.
EnviCor operates multiple high-capacity molding machines capable of producing parts up to 15 ft long and weighing up to 2000 lbs, enabling rapid production of large structural components, oversized housings, containment shells, architectural enclosures, and more.
