About EnviCor Enterprises
In 2006, Steve Arnold founded EnviCor Enterprises with two employees, one used machine, 20,000 square feet of space, two customers, and the conviction to build the best rotational molding operation in the Southeast. Since that time, EnviCor has experienced an average growth rate of 20%, year over year, with customers throughout North America.

Industries We Serve
Today, EnviCor delivers high-quality rotationally molded parts to over 50 customers, many of whom have been with us for over a decade. We service customers in the agriculture, furniture, recreation, petroleum, industrial and water industries, as well as many others. We currently occupy 90,000 square feet at our Smithfield, NC, facility. EnviCor employs over 70 people and runs five rotomolding machines around the clock, five days a week.
OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
G. Steve Arnold – CEO
Steve is EnviCor’s CEO and sets the tone for all that we do as a company. Steve started his career in plastics manufacturing in 1993 at Environ Products Inc. Since starting EnviCor in 2006, he has overseen every aspect of the company’s growth. Steve is a hands-on leader and on any given day you will find him on the plant floor working with employees to improve a process, on the phone with suppliers and customers, and meeting face-to-face with prospective customers to explore how EnviCor can help them.
Mark Ledermann – President
A mechanical engineer with a strong background in designing, implementing and selling process control solutions, Mark brings a unique perspective to solving customer challenges. Mark provides design and engineering support on new products, as well as optimizing the manufacturing of existing parts. Mark’s distinctive approach to design and production, where fast decision-making meets rapid implementation and continuous improvement, is instrumental in shortening the time-to-market for our customers.
Lisa Johnson – CFO
Lisa is Envicor’s CFO, a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, hospitality, franchise, and non-profit sectors, including companies with an international presence. Since the inception of Envicor, she has been dedicated to the company’s success, serving in various capacities and providing financial and strategic guidance to support growth and stability. Lisa ensures the financial strength of Envicor by guiding sound financial decisions that benefit both the company and its customers.
