OUR TEAM
There is no group of people you will find who put more of themselves into their work every day than EnviCor’s rotomolding team. A diverse group of professionals with varied experience and expertise, they take great pride in their work, often going above and beyond to accommodate the needs of our esteemed clientele.
G. Steve Arnold CEO
Steve is EnviCor’s CEO and sets the tone for all that we do as a company. Steve started his career in plastics manufacturing in 1993 at Environ Products Inc. Since starting EnviCor in 2006, he has overseen every aspect of the company’s growth. Steve is a hands-on leader and on any given day you will find him on the plant floor working with employees to improve a process, on the phone with suppliers and customers, and meeting face-to-face with prospective customers to explore how EnviCor can help them.
Mark Ledermann President
A mechanical engineer with a strong background in designing, implementing and selling process control solutions, Mark brings a unique perspective to solving customer challenges. Mark provides design and engineering support on new products, as well as optimizing the manufacturing of existing parts. Mark’s distinctive approach to design and production, where fast decision-making meets rapid implementation and continuous improvement, is instrumental in shortening the time-to-market for our customers.
Lisa Johnson CFO
Michael Ledermann Executive VP of Sales & Marketing
As a sales executive who has led teams across the country, Michael thrives on connecting with both his team and his customers. While he’s never shy to start a conversation, he believes the foundation of strong, lasting business relationships begins with listening — truly understanding customer needs, uncovering challenges they may not see, and working together to build smart, collaborative solutions that help everyone succeed. When he’s off the clock, you’ll likely find Michael cheering on his Wolfpack, walking his dog Faith, embracing his favorite title of “Poppy,” or battling it out in Monopoly Deal with his wife, Jan.
Abel Fragoso Maintenance Manager
As Maintenance Manager for EnviCor, Abel is responsible for fixing…pretty much everything. In his off time, he’s a family man and active in his community, who enjoys watching football, tending to his chickens, and relaxing with his dogs.
Abel enjoys the variety of challenges he faces in his work at EnviCor, and claims he can fix pretty much anything, except a broken heart.
Cam Arnold UCO Equipment Sales
Cam Arnold, one of two second-generation Arnolds to join the company started by their father, CEO Steve Arnold, is a sales associate in our Used Cooking Oil division. Cam achieves an ideal work/life balance by watching as many sporting events as possible with his friends. (Also, beer.) He is an avid concert goer and an impassioned supporter of the Carolina Hurricanes and NC State Wolfpack.
When asked what he likes most about the company, Cam says, “It’s about the culture; the staff has a familial bond and will go above and beyond to extend that kindness and respect to every individual who interacts with EnviCor.“
Dawn Coley Accounts Receivable
Growing up in a family of singers, Dawn Coley imagined becoming a professional performer one day. Instead, she performs minor miracles every day in our accounts receivable department. A Disney fan, avid reader, and animal lover, Dawn enjoys working at EnviCor. She thinks of her coworkers as family and values the priority the company places on customer service.
Emily Coley Shipping & Receiving
While her work in shipping and receiving at EnviCor shares little common ground with her first passion, marine biology, Emily Coley does have an outlet for her love of the sea–her pet hermit crab, Pinchy. As for her land-based interests, Emily enjoys hiking and spending time with her son.
Emily loves working at Envicor because, “it allows me to use my strengths and continue growing both personally and professionally. I value the opportunities that are provided to learn, take on new challenges, and develop alongside a supportive team.”
Gustavo Gonzalez UCO Production Manager
When he’s not spending time with his family, you can find Gustavo behind a camera. He enjoys sports photography, especially capturing his kids’ and siblings’ games–he finds it combines his passions for sports and photography. He enjoys diving into the intricate details of camera gear, graphic design, and editing software that bring images to life.
What Gustavo enjoys most about working at EnviCor, where he is the production manager for our used cooking oil division, is the family-oriented culture and the importance the company places on treating one another, and their customers, with kindness and respect. He feels the company’s priorities mesh with his own personal values.
Jakob Arnold Production Manager
The eldest son of CEO Steve Arnold, EnviCor Production Manager Jakob Arnold values the company’s close-knit environment and team-focused culture. He takes inspiration from the group effort toward building a successful company with strong ethics, open communications, and a customer-first mentality.
In his off hours, Jakob can be found at NC State sporting events or Carolina Hurricanes games, travelling with his girlfriend, or hanging with Lou, his golden retriever.
John Banfalvy Operations Coordinator
John Banfalvy, our Operations Coordinator, enjoys spending time with his wife, going to the beach and shooting his guns (responsibly) whenever possible. When he was younger, John wanted to be a pro football player.
At EnviCor for over 10 years, John loves the family feeling of both staff and customers. He says he is, “proud to be part of a team that goes the extra mile for quality parts, workplace communication, and customer satisfaction.”
Lupe Mendoza Accounts Payable
Lupe Mendoza, of our Accounts Payable team, enjoys adopting plants and refurbishing furniture. She says she’s more successful at the latter, but is equally gratified by resuscitating a neglected house plant or rejuvenating a well-worn antique.
Lupe appreciates that Envicor brings both teamwork and genuine support from her colleagues and leadership. She says that, Even through difficult times, like the passing of her father, she has felt truly cared for and valued not just as an employee, but as a person.
Mike McNulty Plant Manager
Much of the praise we receive from satisfied EnviCor customers goes directly to Mike McNulty, our Plant Manager. With all he gets done during the day, you would think he’d have no time left for swimming, enjoying live music, spending time with his family, or any of his other passions. Yet, he manages to squeeze it all in, along with caring for three dogs, at least as many cats, and a lizard named Grover.
What keeps Mike inspired to maintain his high standards of excellence every day at EnviCor? “I love working with customers on new projects,” he says, “and showing our employees how things they make are put to use.”
