ROTATIONAL MOLDING GRAPHICS
LET YOUR PRODUCT SPEAK FOR ITSELF
EnviCor is well-known for making high-quality products that last. That’s why we like to remind our customers of the value of including rotational molding graphics on the items we produce for them. Whether it is important information regarding the use of the product, such as instructions or safety warnings, or a brand statement that distinguishes your product from your competition, graphics on your rotomolded product can enhance the user experience and increase brand recognition.
Choose Rotomolding Graphics for Superior Results
Traditional stickers and decals can peel, fade, or wear away over time through normal use. EnviCor’s rotational molding graphic capabilities include both in-mold and post-mold options for vibrant, durable designs that resist UV light, abrasion, and harsh environmental conditions. This means your logo, instructions, safety information, or other graphics will remain brilliant and legible for the life of the product.
Graphics Options to Suit Your Needs
EnviCor offers a variety of graphics application methods, including mold-in and post-mold processes. All of our graphic application processes result in vivid, crisp graphics that offer resistance to chemical and UV exposure, peeling and fading,
Mold-In Graphics
These are applied during the molding cycle so the graphics become part of the product’s surface.
Mold-In Labels
- Pre-printed graphics on special films are placed inside the mold before resin is loaded.
- During molding, the label bonds permanently with the part’s surface.
- Common uses: Branding, safety instructions, decorative designs.
- Graphics are screen-printed onto a carrier film designed for mold-in use.
- The film is positioned inside the mold before the cycle starts.
- Used for multicolor, detailed designs with strong adhesion.
Mold-In Engraving/Etching
- Graphics or logos are engraved directly into the mold surface.
- Creates raised or recessed designs in the final part (no ink or colors, just texture).
- Great for permanent branding or anti-counterfeit marks.
Mold-In Metallic Foils
- Decorative metallic films are placed in the mold to create chrome-like or reflective details.
- Often used in specialty consumer products or decorative panels.
POST-MOLD GRAPHICS
These are added after the part is removed from the mold, allowing more flexibility in design updates and placement.
Heat Transfer Graphics
- Pre-printed designs on a carrier sheet are transferred to the part’s surface using heat and pressure.
- Offers vibrant colors and good durability.
Pressure-Sensitive Vinyl Decals
- Adhesive-backed graphics applied by hand or machine.
- Economical for short runs or changing designs, but may require surface prep for adhesion.
Countless Industries, Infinite Applications
Rotational molding is so versatile a process, that it is used in nearly every industry in too many ways to count. The incorporation of graphics is often essential, be it for safety, branding, or aesthetics. Here are just a few examples of EnviCor-made products that utilize graphics in various ways:
