Rotational molding lies at the heart of EnviCor’s operations, producing custom, small, and large parts. With a combined 50 years of experience, they can produce a wide variety of products for many diverse industries from their 40,000 sq ft facility, strategically located North Carolina facility near the intersection of I-95 and I-40. With both shuttle and carousel machines, EnviCor has the capabilities and equipment to meet a wide range of rotational molding needs. In addition, insert molding and foam filling services are available. Paddle boards, kayaks, rain barrels, septic tanks, agricultural tanks, and secondary containment tanks can all be produced using polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, and PVDF, depending on the final use of the product. Molding lengths go up to a 12’ spin radius and molding weight can be as high as 500 lbs., all to project-specific tolerances. EnviCor conforms to multiple, stringent industry standards and their products are both UL and ETL listed. Quality control is confirmed through the use of dimensional inspection, wall thickness gauging, and both air and water testing. EnviCor also offers a wide range of additional services such as assembly, color matching, welding, graphics, and steel and aluminum mold manufacture, maintenance, and repair.

EnviCor can produce as little as 50 all the way up to 30,000 rotationally molded products a year in a wide range of production runs. Molds are usually turned around in six to eight weeks; products in two to four weeks. CAD proficient, EnviCor can work with files from AutoCAD (DWG, DWZ), SolidWorks (SLDPRT, SLDDRW, SLDDRT), STEP, and PDFs. EnviCor is a lights out manufacturer that follows lean manufacturing principles. The Kanban scheduling system is followed for shipping, distribution, warehousing, and just-in-time manufacturing.
