Septic Module for Wastewater Industry

The experts at EnviCor Enterprises LLC have a deep level of experience in providing quality rotational molding across a wide variety of industries and product categories.  They were pleased to accept the contract when a customer in the Wastewater industry needed a large, custom underground septic module for residential homes.  This client wanted better quality, improved customer service, and more competitive pricing than they were receiving from their existing molder.  EnviCor now delivers the module they need (to their precise specifications).  Using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) .942, they engage their advanced rotary molding, trimming, and mold inserting capabilities to manufacture septic modules that measure 56” in length, 84” in width, and 30” in height.  The product is made to tolerances of ± 1/32”, with stringent quality-control tests and inspections performed for any cosmetic or structural defects.  It is molded in green with a polished finish, and the turnaround time for this project is just three weeks.  With their superior service and high-quality work, EnviCor was contracted to be the sole manufacturer of this product – and they continue to do so after seven years.  They currently produce 3000 to 4000 of these septic modules annually for their customer in the Southeastern U.S.
