SmartTank for Liquid Management

Recognizing a need in the market for better measurement and management of bulk liquids, EnviCor Enterprises LLC developed a patented proprietary product for the handling and management of recyclable fluids such as used cooking oil. EnviCor, with its in-house design and engineering staff, managed the design, production process, creation, and manufacturing of a proprietary liquid management tank. Built with NSF-approved material and ETL certification, this product combines embedded intelligence and communication to provide operational data and enable logistics management. EnviCor worked with potential customers and partners on this project to develop a product that is innovative, cost effective, and creates significant value for their customers.

Bringing a product of this nature from prototype to production requires a comprehensive array of manufacturing capabilities. Our design and engineering team provided direction for mold design and developed a sourcing and manufacturing plan that took full advantage of our diverse resources, delivering a cost effective solution that far exceeded the customer’s expectations. Some secondary procedures, including assembly, quality control procedures, implementation, final packaging, and distribution were applied as well. Final specifications for the SmartTank include high density polyethylene material and two size tanks: 30” dia. holding 160 gallons, and 34” dia. holding 240 gallons.

Since launching the SmartTank and its eLMS website portal, EnviCor has scaled its production, installation and service capabilities to meet the rising demand for the product. EnviCor currently is able to deliver upwards of 2000 units annually on three-week turnaround times per order. The SmartTank, combined with EnviCor’s Liquid Management Solution (eLMS), is redefining how restaurants manage fresh and used cooking oil and offers a safer, cleaner and more informed way to do business for both the restaurant and the recycler.
